• Question: Do you ever 'feel the pressure' ?

      I always feel the pressure! It’s ok to feel it but the important thing is to not let it get on top of you.

      When you get too stressed you stop being able to function at your best!

      You have to find ways of de-stressing and coping with the pressure. For me it’s having a laugh with my friends at work or exercising when I get home.
