While I have no problems with most animals, I really really do not like (I’m actually feeling twitchy as as I think of this while I’m typing) centipedes and millipedes. I freeze up when I see them.
I’ve no problems with snakes, spiders, insects. Those are all fine, but those things with more than 8 legs? ICK!
There are 6 of us who work in Oral Pathology which isn’t that many considering we’re the only department of our kind in Wales. We all have a great respect for each other which sometimes I find quite overwhelming, especially as I’m the most junior member of the team and my work colleagues don’t see me like this. So for me as I’m not that confident I have a fear that I’m not be as good as my colleagues seem to think I am.
I really hate snakes! I get shivers just thinking about them. My best friend just got two pet snakes though so next time I go to get house I’ll have to see them :S Are you scared of anything??
MORAY EELS. Those things are terrifying. I came across one in Egypt and couldn’t get out of the way. Big old teeth and mean looking things. They live in caves, holes, and calcium carbonate tubes/coral tubes in marine environments and they are fast!
My greatest fear is having regrets. I am so terrified that I will look back on my life when I am older and wish I had done something or taken a risk and knowing that it’s too late to do it now. Unfortunately that means that I find it hard to say no and often get stressed out because I have so much happening around me
